What is the Client Portal?

The client portal is a secure place to view and download every training certificate P3 Safety Solutions has issued to your team. Companies can see all certificates across their employees.

I got an invite email — how do I accept it?

Click the link in the invite email. It will open the portal and ask for the email address the invite was sent to. We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm it's you, and then your access is activated. Invite links expire, so use yours soon after receiving it.

How do I sign back in later?

Go to client-portal.p3safetysolutions.com directly, or visit p3safetysolutions.com, tap the menu icon, and click Client Portal. Either way, enter your email and we'll send you a one-time 6-digit code. There is no password — every sign-in uses a fresh code, so you don't need to remember anything.

I'm not getting the sign-in code email. What should I check?
How do I download a certificate?

Once you're signed in, find the certificate in the list and click it. From the certificate detail view you can download the PDF.

What do "Active," "Expiring," and "Expired" mean?
How do I add team members or other certificates to my account?

Company access is managed by P3 Safety Solutions. Email info@p3safetysolutions.com with the names and email addresses of the team members you'd like to add and we'll set them up.

Why don't I see a certificate I'm expecting?

How do I verify a P3 certificate I received from a contractor or employee?

Use the public verification page at verify.p3safetysolutions.com. Enter the certificate number or the student's name — no sign-in is required.

Is the portal secure? Who can see my data?

Yes. Sign-in uses one-time email codes (no shared passwords), and you only see certificates that belong to you or your company. Sessions are encrypted in transit. If you suspect unauthorized access to an account, contact us immediately.

How do I change the email address tied to my account?

Email addresses are linked to certificate records, so we update them on our side. Email info@p3safetysolutions.com from the current address with the new one, and we'll move your access over.
